Women's participation in the labor market as measured using the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) of women is an important aspect of development. The growth of Indonesian women's TPAK lags behind that of other countries, so it requires the empowerment of female workers. This study aims to determine the impact of empowerment and health on women's work participation and strategies for increasing women's TPAK in Indonesia. The method used is binary logistic regression. This research data uses independent variables including wages, women's education, women's political participation, women heads of households, women's life expectancy, total fertility rate and early marriage in young women. While the dependent variable is the participation rate of the female workforce. The research data uses secondary data for the 2017-2020 period in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The results showed that the average length of schooling, the female head of the household, the life expectancy of women and the total fertility rate had a significant effect on the TPAK of women in Indonesia.
